Calcined Bauxite is the ore obtained by calcining (heating) superior grade Bauxite at high temperature which produces a dense, high purity, stable aggregate, and manufactured by Shaft Kiln or Rotary Kiln.Refractory Grade Calcined Bauxite To make refractory grade, Bauxite is thermally calcined at 1600 °C where the Alumina content is mostly above 85%.BFA Grade and Road Surfacing Grade To make the above grades, Bauxite is thermally calcined at 1000 °C – 1200 °C where the Alumina content is between 80-88%. SIZES AVAILABLE Particle size can be customized as per requirement.
